We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review all product details and sizing information carefully before completing your purchase.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted for incorrect or defective items. If you receive the wrong item or a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

Final Sale Items

All items are final sale. No exceptions unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

Order Issues

If your package is marked "delivered" by the carrier but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. Showroom by D is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
